Users of the web site accept and agree to respect all the conditions contained in this declaration. “SIEL FASHION LABEL” s.r.l.s., with registered office in via Ara Castello n. 26, CAP 03022 – Boville Ernica (FR), VAT and Tax Code 03075360606 (“Company“) reserves the right to ask the Users who do not accept or do not intend to observe these terms, to refrain from using www.sielonme.it. The access and related services of the web site are intended for personal use only. The web site is owned by the Company. At any time “SIEL FASHION LABEL” s.r.l.s. can modify the contents of this site, including the commercial terms expressed therein, without giving any notice. The Company declines all responsibility regarding the possibility that, due to a malfunction or a particular configuration of the computer used by the User, the colors of the products displayed on our site showing slight differences to the original ones. The ownership of the web site include documentation, images, fonts, design, music, software, codes and format scripts.

The material contained in www.sielonme.it is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, alteration, transmission, publication or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, if without the express written consent provided by the Company, and will be prosecuted in accordance with the law. The Company prohibits the use of the contents or trademarks on the web site for any other purpose than those mentioned above.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sale of products listed in the virtual shop on this web site is governed by the following General Conditions of Sale. The latter have been formulated in accordance with the legislation governing contracts signed outside physical stores. The Company is authorized to manage an e-commerce system which is the only responsible party for the above mentioned Customers. Sales agreements may be drawn up in any of the following languages: Italian, English.

CONTRACT

The sales agreement is intended as drawn up between:

• “SIEL FASHION LABEL” s.r.l.s., with registered office in via Ara Castello n. 26, CAP 03022 – Boville Ernica (FR), VAT and Tax Code 03075360606;
• The person (physical or legal entity) who has placed an order through the web site that has been accepted by the Company (“Customer”).
• Any other contractual conditions are excluded, if not expressly allowed by the Company. 

APPLICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Before making a purchase, the Customer is invited to cautiously read these General Conditions of Sale and is authorized to save them, reproduce them, download a copy of them and/or print them out. For any further information, the Customer is invited to contact the web site at the Customer Service. With the fulfillment of the formalities established for placing a purchase order, the Customer declares having read the formalities and that fully accepts the General Conditions of Sale. The General Conditions of Sale may be changed over time by the Company. Any amendments shall take effect at the time of their publication on the web site. The Sales Conditions current as of the time of purchase shall apply to each relevant agreement.

REGISTRATION & PURCHASE

Registration and/or purchase also implies acceptance of the General Conditions indicated above and consent to the processing of one’s personal data. The Customer must undertake not to allow any third parties that he/she has not expressly authorized to do so to use the service – whose online behavior assumes all responsibility. In the event of loss or theft of the Customer’s access credentials, the Customer shall have the right to enable the procedure for a new password available from the site. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment by credit card – Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) – shall be made online, at the time of transmission of the purchase order. Customers will be required to provide the details of their credit card in the purchase order. The debit request for the corresponding amount will be forwarded only when the order is completed. Customers credit card data filled out during the transmission of the purchase order are not accessible to the Company nor third parties, and are received, on the secure Paypal servers, which are protected against unauthorized access and process credit card payments on behalf of the Credit Card Payment Company. When “SIEL FASHION LABEL” s.r.l.s. receives confirmation of payment, it will proceed with the preparation and fulfillment of the purchase order. PURCHASE SECURITY

Since all transactions are processed by Paypal, Customers are guaranteed maximum safety on the purchase. The Customer Service operators are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or extremes of validity thereof. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation or information upon the order submission if the security systems of the payment platforms request them. By choosing Paypal the Customer can pay directly through his/her verified Paypal account. The Company accepts Paypal payments from verified accounts and it reserves the right to ship the goods to the address indicated by Paypal verified accounts. The payments sent from unverified Paypal accounts will be canceled.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods, under the conditions indicated in the following point. The customer must carry out the return procedure request by writing an e-mail to the Customer Service (shop@sielonme.it). The return must be made according to our procedure and with primary standing couriers that guarantee maximum safety for orders placed in Italy and abroad). The goods must take place at the following address: “SIEL FASHION LABEL” s.r.l.s., via Ara Castello n. 26, ZIP code 03022 – Boville Ernica (FR) Italy. The Customer must return, at his own risk and responsibility, to the above address, the purchased products intact and complete (including the original packaging), no later than 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the purchased products. At the expiration of the term of 15 (fifteen) days, the products are intended as returned, at the time at which they are delivered to the courier. The withdrawal may be exercised for all products purchased and may not be exercised only in relation to part of the goods ordered.

CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

The conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal are the following:

• Items cannot be worn, washed or altered and cannot shown any signs of use;
• Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which are considered as integral part of the products and cannot be damaged and/or altered in any way;
• In the case of defective or incorrect goods, or if errors occur in shipments process by the Company, it is required to follow the instructions above. The Company reserves the right to request photographic support before authorizing returns for defective or incorrect goods and bearing the charges for shipments and import fees;
• Underwear and swimwear (bikinis, briefs, undergarments, etc.) and socks must be tried on over personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and sent back to the Customer if the protective hygienic strip has been removed, or if the garments show any sign of use or wear;
• All returned items is subjected to inspection and must respect all the parameters listed in the return procedure;
• The Company reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or not shipped with top standing couriers, without prior authorization from the Customer Service. Authorization shall be requested via email at the address of the Customer Service;
• Withdrawal is not allowed for customized items;
• Returned items must be handed over to the courier ready packet in order to allow its shipment without any damage to the items.

Upon checking of the integrity of the product (as stated in the General Condition of Sale), the cost paid for the item (s) will be refunded. In any case where withdrawal is not legitimately and validly exercised by the Customer, the Company shall return the product to the Customer, at the latter’s risk and expense; Customer must also address the organization for the return of the goods. In the case that the products returned by damaged during transport for return to the Company, the Customer will be informed of all damages found within 2 (two) working days from the receipt of products, in order to allow Customers to inform the courier and to assert their rights with regard the courier; and at the Customers’ own risk and expense.

Should withdrawal be exercised in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, the Company will reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer. Refunds shall take place free of charge as quickly as possible and, in any case, within 15 (fifteen) days of the date on which the Company became aware of the Customers’ having exercised their right to withdraw. 

The Company will not notify of delivery to its warehouses. Customers may personally inquire about the delivery with the courier entrusted with the return shipment. The Customer will receive an automatic email notification from our bank that will confirm the refunds of the payment by the Company within the provided 15 (fifteen) days. The Company is not responsible for the time required to refund the amount, which is totally regulated by the issuers of the credit cards used.

PRICES AND CURRENCY

The price of the products is as visible in the “Shop” section on the web site, current as of the time of order submission by the Customer. The prices of the products indicated on www.sielonme.it are inclusive of standard packaging and/or packaging costs and VAT (excepted countries outside the EU); VAT rates are determined in relation to the product type. Orders and final invoices are in Euro or in other Currency according to our shop list for the shipping country. Amounts that will be debited to Costumers’ credit card or Paypal account may vary based on currency exchange rates, fluctuations and bank commissions. Company invites Customers to contact their banking institution to request detailed informations on price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.
